My name is Gabriel and I spent 6 months in Tassie last year attending UTAS. I visited the market every Saturday buying veggies and food for the week, and listened to your band every time. I purchased three of your cd's and love them all very much. im back in the states now, but whenever I play the cd's it takes me back to the wonderful state of Tasmania, and the "market feeling" comes back. Thanks for the music and sounds that bring the Salamanca market with its lively atmosphere, its smells, and arts and crafts, all the way to North Carolina. Keep up the good work and can't wait to be in Tassie again...some day..

Dear Band-members,
We visited Hobart on 24 July 2004 and stayed at Battery Point. We walked to Salamanca Markets and shortly after, I heard this wonderful music in the distance. I followed it, and it leads me to your band. I had goosebumps all over and stood there close to an hour, loosing my girlfriend in the crowd. I purchased your CD "Salamanca" and love every song on it. We listened to it in our car for the next 3 days throughout Tasmania. Upon my return to work, I had your CD in my computer first thing in the morning. Within minutes of your music playing, a work colleague came over to say that he recognised this style of music (he is from Colombia). Your music is absolutely beautiful and I thoroughly enjoy listening to it....ALL THE TIME.

I got goosebumps listening to you play in Salamanca market on bumps listening to you play in Salamanca market on saturday. I would have loved to stay and listen longer but since our holiday in tasmania was only short, we had to move on.
Being able to buy your music online is great! It means I can share the beautiful sounds with my friends when they come to visit.
